Sous Vide Food Labels our specially designed for use in water baths at temperatures up to 100°c. The Labels have a cook chill adhesive specifically designed for sous vide cooking. These sous vide label describes the contents and guidelines for cooking in airtight plastic bags at precise temperatures and times. They are also safe for the freezer storage to -40°c. Each label is 8cm wide by 5cm high, so will work on the smallest vacuum pouches available. This is the perfect way to keep your EHO officer extra happy. There are 500 labels to each roll.
