  • 1 bundle Organic kale
  • 6 Tbsp Cold pressed organic olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Nama shoyu or wheat free Tamari




If you want to do something good for your body, then eating more kale is a good move. An easy way to get you and your family eating more of this extremely nutritious vegetable, is to make these delicious kale crisps. Being healthy has never tasted so good!


  1. In a bowl combine the olive oil, nutritional yeast, chili powder and Nama shoyu
  2. Remove the stems from the kale and wash the leaves. Tear the washed leaves into small pieces
  3. Using your hands knead the oil mixture into the leaves
  4. Arrange the kale onto mesh dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for 12 hours at 40⁰C
