  • 120ml Coconut Oil
  • 315g Brown Sugar
  • 25g Cinnamon
  • 150g Pumpkin Powder
  • 350g Powdered Milk
  • 25g Baking Soda
  • 75g Salt
  • 775g Plain Flour
  • 775g Wheat Flour
  • Egg
  • Water

Method

Liven up your breakfast time with these simple to make pumkin pancakes!

METHOD

  1. Line your food dehydrator trays with Paraflexx sheets
  2. Combine the sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil in a large bowl then add the remainder of the ingredients
  3. Either store in an airtight container or if using immediately add water and an egg to make a batter
  4. Arrange the pancakes on your lined dehydrator trays and allow to cook for 30 minutes at 73⁰C  or until they have reached your preferred consistency
  5. Serve with your favourite toppings!
