  • 1350g Bottom Round
  • 60ml Soy Sauce
  • 60ml Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbs Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbs A1 Steak Sauce

METHOD

  1. Use a slicer to cut the meat
  2. Make a marinade with the soy sauce, Worcesteshire sauce, garlic powder, steak sauce, tobasco sauce and the liquid smoke and use to coat the meat
  3. Leave to marinade overnight or for approximately 10 hours
  4. When ready to cook, arrange the meat on the dehydrator trays at a temperature of 65⁰C. The jerky is ready when the meat begins to crack
