Kale Crisps

Kale Crisps Vegetables and Sides

  • 1 Bunch of Kale
  • 6 Tbsp. Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tsp. Chilli Powder




If you’re looking for a healthy and nutritious alternative to snack on, these Kale Crisps take just 5 minutes to prepare; leave them to dry and crisp in the dehydrator and they’ll be ready to enjoy in just a few hours. They also provide a uniquely delicious take on finger food when you’re hosting guests.


  1. Rinse off the kale and remove the leaves from the stem
  2. Break the leaves into small, crisp sized, pieces
  3. Place the kale into a mixing bowl, and add the olive oil and chilli powder
  4. Mix all of the ingredients together with hands. Use a kneading motion to massage the oil and chilli powder into the kale
  5. Place the coated kale onto the dehydrator mesh sheet
  6. Set the food dehydrator to 46 degrees Celsius and dry for 3-6 hours or until crisp

Chef’s tip-

Try smoked paprika instead of chilli for a great alternative.
