Local Chef’s Open Bromsgrove’s First Pop Up

Nathan Eades and Grant Hill will be launching Bromsgrove’s first pop up restaurant, Epi at The Courtyard Cafe, just off the Bromsgrove High Street on Thursday 24th October for three evenings.

Nathan, from Catshill, and Grant, from Kidderminster, both have a great passion for fine food and will be serving modern British cuisine with French technique and influence.  They will be using local artisan suppliers and are both have a keen interest in foraging and wild foods, which will be demonstrated in their first dessert using elderberries picked by the Chefs.

Nathan and Grants’ paths crossed in 2010 whilst working at Lainston House, in Winchester and now both work at 3 AA rosette Fishmore Hall Hotel in Ludlow as Sous Chef and Pastry Chef respectively.  Previous employment has seen them working at Brockencote Hall, in Caddersley Corbett, Colettes at the Grove in Hertfordshire, Relais & Chateaux property The Wedgewood hotel in Vancouver.
